Rovensa Next, the global leader in biosolutions for agriculture, has appointed Javier de Benito as Chief Operations Officer (COO), a newly created role designed to strengthen operational performance across regions and enhance customer service worldwide. To support the company’s goal of becoming even more customer-centric and sustaining global growth, Rovensa Next has established a new Global Operations Function, led by de Benito, to integrate key supply chain processes, connecting production, distribution, and service delivery, along the entire customer journey.
In this centralized capacity, Javier de Benito, who also joins the Executive Committee, will oversee the industrial, supply and operations, and customer service areas. The executive will report directly to Ignacio Domínguez, Chairman and CEO of Rovensa Group, and will lead initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, resilience and integration across the company’s operations.

Javier de Benito joins Rovensa Next with a strong track record in industrial transformation and turnaround programs, operational performance and business integration across international markets. He has held strategic executive roles in sectors such as energy, chemicals, agriculture and industrial manufacturing, leading scaling, efficiency improvements and complex organizational change.
In his new role, Javier will oversee Rovensa Next’s 12 production plants located across Europe, Brazil, Mexico, the United States, and South Africa. By consolidating the management of these global facilities under a single operational structure, the company aims to enhance coordination between regions and develop a more cohesive, agile operating model. This shift is designed to align production directly with local agronomic needs, ensuring better product availability and faster, more reliable service for distributors and growers worldwide.
