As distributors and growers look for more effective ways to improve crop performance, reduce synthetic load, and farm more sustainably, they need advice that is more connected, practical and evidence-based. In response, and in line with the company’s commitment to Biosolutionize Agriculture, Rovensa Next, the global leader in biosolutions for agriculture, has launched an internal, AI-based global capability-building initiative, designed to help deliver more practical, connected, and evidence-based biosolutions support, tailored to specific needs.
To better support distribution partners and the growers they serve, Rovensa Next has developed two key enablers: an AI-powered knowledge platform that strengthens access to evidence and internal knowledge, and a global Training Academy that helps teams deliver more consultative, tailored biosolutions support through a blended learning approach that includes AI-supported application of product and agronomic knowledge.
An AI platform that turns agronomic and trial data into more relevant crop-specific strategies
When technical information is spread across many sources, it can be harder to give fast, consistent, and well-supported recommendations. Rovensa Next’s AI knowledge platform brings together more than 10,000 internal articles and insights from more than 4,000 trials, giving teams access to verified scientific information organized by crop and geographic area to deliver more relevant recommendations and integrated portfolio strategies.
For distribution partners and teams in the field, slower answers or inconsistent recommendations can make it harder to act with confidence. By bringing technical knowledge into one integrated platform, it helps teams respond more quickly and consistently to partner and field questions, identify synergies between solutions, work from the same evidence base across markets, reduce language barriers, and support faster onboarding of new team members.

Following a phased pilot and scale-up in 2025, the initiative is moving into a broader rollout in 2026. In this first phase, it will be introduced in 15 countries, helping extend more consistent biosolutions support across markets.
